Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservations and Bookings
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
- We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for standard trips.
- For special events (weddings, proms), booking 2-4 weeks in advance is recommended.
- A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
- No-Show: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice may result in full charges.
- Special Events: Wedding and prom bookings may have different cancellation terms specified at the time of booking.
Airport Transfers
- We track all flights in real-time and adjust pickup times automatically for delays.
- Complimentary wait time: 60 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights.
- Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may incur charges.
- Meet & greet service inside the terminal is available for an additional fee.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to:
- Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- Refrain from smoking in all vehicles
- Not engage in illegal activities during transportation
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to terminate service without refund for unacceptable conduct.
Vehicle and Service
- We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the requested vehicle becomes unavailable.
- All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and background checked.
- Child car seats are available upon request (additional fee may apply).
Payment Terms
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit, and cash.
- Corporate accounts are available for approved businesses.
- Gratuity is not included in our rates and is left to the discretion of the passenger.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, wait time, or services not included in the original quote.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and punctual service, Kingston Limo shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or acts of God. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Lost Property
Kingston Limo is not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property, but cannot guarantee recovery.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
